Posbury

1pm start (please arrive in plenty of time)
There should be parking in a neighbouring field weather permitting, but if you can park at Great Leigh Farm and lift share to reduce cars all the better.
The chapel is about 2km from the farm along quiet (but hilly) roads if you are feeling energetic.
Following the Ceremony,

From 7pm for drinks and music
Great Leigh Farm

EX17 3QQ
Wear what you are comfortable in, but remember it's a farm (the ground is bumpy, can be soft, and mostly on a hill so heels, for example, aren't too practical!)
We will be having an epic South African Braai. There will be an amazing selection of delicious meats and fish, plus lots of salads.
There will be snacks later for those joining us after dinner
Enjoy drinks from the bar, it's our round!
There is plenty of space for campervans, caravans and tents on the farm. Loos will be available and the day after there will be a causal breakfast and you are welcome to stay all day.
Locally there are plenty of B&B options, please click the link below where we have some suggestions
There is plenty of parking at the farm. Taxis, if required, will be best booked in advance.
Please take as many photos as you like, we would love to see them too.
There will be a photographer doing all the important ones aswell!
We would simply enjoy your company at our wedding, but if you would like to give a gift we would welcome surprises, though we also have an amazon list of a few things we need!

This list isn’t comprehensive, and we don’t know them all personally. Some have good views, good food, and are characterful - all are fairly convenient for driving here.
There are smart/expensive hotels in the area, such as Gidleigh Park (27 minutes, 13.4 miles), Bovey Castle (30 minutes, 16.2 miles), Lympstone Manor (32minutes, 22.6 miles) and Endsleigh Hotel (45 minutes, 36.5 miles). All of these offer fine dining sit in lovely grounds or estates. There are further options in neighbouring villages and towns, Chagford (c. 25 minutes away) a charming Dartmoor town, and Moretonhampstead, (c.25 minutes) also on Dartmoor. Many options in Exeter (c. 25 minutes), including a Premier Inn opposite the station, Exeter St Davids. The Devon County Show takes place in Exeter on the same weekend, so expect busier roads at certain time.
